Practice Philosophy

Following our philosophy, we are always striving to make your stay in our rooms as comfortable as possible. We are always striving to reduce waiting times to a minimum and grant maximum attention to our patients, meeting their individual desires and fears.
Our philosophy is also expressed in our slogan, "Innovative Radiology with a feel-good atmosphere", following the concept of putting the main focus on our patients and to facilitate a relaxed doctor’s visit in a comfortable environment.

We take time for you and we care for you so you can forget about the stresses of everyday life.
The practice rooms are a combination of lighting design, paintings and cozy interior design elements to create a relaxing atmosphere.
This concept was also realized inside the examination rooms, where the first open magnetic resonance imager (MRI)is located under a setting of  starlight sky and on timber flooring. The rooms are tastefully designed, spacious and well thought out. Even the changing rooms were planned by size, light and materials to create a pleasant situation, especially for claustrophobic patients.
Our changing art exhibitions create a great visual variety in our practice.
During the summer months you can enjoy the short waiting times in an open air waiting room, where we will also offer you refreshments.

Our open MRI's goal is to emphasize the concept of an "anxiety-free" practice. All this, however, does not prevent us from working professionally and providing technical equipment that meets the newest standards.
Our most recent MRI is one of the most modern MRI's currently on the market. Our MRI is really 360° open - we have no tube!

Medical care is specifically tailored to each individual patient.
Dr. Higer started working with Magnetic Resonance Imaging in 1984 and brings lots of experience and professionalism to this practice.
A preliminary talk takes place before each examination, to focus on the respective complaints of each patient and to discuss the necessity of using contrast agent.
After each investigation and an appropriate waiting period, you can discuss your findings with Dr. Higer personally, ask questions and get advice. With your pictures and a written report, you can immediately see your attending doctor for an after treatment. We strive to continually improve our service to satisfy your needs and meet our standards. For that reason we have created a quality management system. The goal is to optimize internal practice procedures and reduce errors. We therefore welcome any proposals, criticisms and suggestions.

Our professional and well-trained team is looking forward to seeing you.

Still have questions? No problem - you can call us or simply drop by. It is also possible to inspect the unit before the date of your appointment.
